For families seeking a tailored tuition rate below the full amount, we partner with FACTS, a confidential and secure financial review service, to determine eligibility for reduced tuition rates.

To apply for a reduced tailored tuition rate:

  1. Log in or create your FACTS account using the Advent Episcopal School FACTS Family Portal.

  2. Complete the application, including all required documentation, such as tax returns and W-2 forms.

  3. Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, we will notify you regarding your tailored tuition rate.

  • Advent Episcopal School welcomes applications for tailored tuition from all families. Eligibility is determined through a fair and confidential evaluation process conducted by FACTS. Families are encouraged to apply if they feel a tailored tuition would enable their child to benefit from the Advent experience.

  • Once your application is submitted and reviewed through FACTS, decisions regarding Tailored Tuition will be reflected on your enrollment agreement. We strive to provide timely responses to help families plan for the upcoming school year.

  • Your tailored tuition rate is determined through FACTS, which evaluates each family's financial information confidentially and objectively. Factors such as income, expenses, and family size are considered in determining an award that reflects the family’s unique circumstances.

  • No, admission decisions at Advent are made independently of the tailored tuition process. Our goal is to ensure that the opportunity for an Advent education is accessible to families who share our mission and values.

  • Yes, Advent Episcoal School is an Education Service Provider for the CHOOSE Act of Alabama. Please refer to instructions with the Department of Revenue and the CHOOSE Act website for specific information about your family's eligibility. Once that eligibility is determined, Randolph can work with Class Wallet to process funding for the education services rendered.

  • Yes, Advent Episcopal School partners with Renaissance to support students who might not otherwise be able to attend Advent. If you are a current Renaissance Scholar or are interested in learning more about this program, please reach out to our admission office.
